What if I'm not home when my order arrives?

An adult over 18 must be available at your delivery address to accept your order.

If no one is available when delivery is attempted:

• Small homewares: Your parcel may be redirected to a local post office or courier distribution centre for collection.
• Furniture and large homewares: A redelivery fee may apply if another delivery needs to be arranged.

If you have a furniture delivery booked and won't be available to accept it, please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss your options.
