How will my furniture be delivered?

Furniture orders are delivered by specialist freight partners who transport large and bulky items.

How does delivery work?

1. Once your furniture arrives at our Distribution Centre, our team will contact you to arrange a delivery date.
2. The day before delivery, you'll receive an SMS from our freight partner confirming your estimated delivery timeframe.
3. An adult over 18 must be available at your delivery address to accept your furniture.

Before your delivery

Please ensure your furniture will fit through doorways, stairwells, lifts and other access points.

Additional charges may apply if your items require special handling or access arrangements.

Will everything arrive together?

If you've purchased both furniture and homewares, your order may arrive in separate deliveries. Wherever possible, we'll arrange for your furniture items to arrive together.
