How do I change my delivery address?

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible.

• Purchased in-store? Contact the Freedom store where you placed your order.
• Purchased online? Please submit an orders and delivery enquiry.

Please include your order number, current delivery address and the new address you'd like us to use.

Please note: Once your order has been dispatched or delivery has been arranged, we may not be able to make changes.

Our team will confirm whether your requested change is possible and advise if any additional delivery charges apply.
