How do myFreedom Reward Vouchers work?

As a myFreedom member, you'll earn a $50 Reward Voucher for every $1,500 in qualifying purchases within a rolling 12-month period.

Your voucher will be added to your myFreedom account approximately 48 hours after your qualifying transaction is completed, once all items have been delivered or collected.

We'll email you when your voucher is ready.

How do I use my Reward Voucher?

You can redeem your voucher:

• In-store: Provide your myFreedom membership details to a team member.
• Online: Log in to your account and select Apply my Reward Voucher at checkout.

Important things to know

• Vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
• You can use a voucher in full or in part, with any remaining balance available until expiry.
• Multiple vouchers from the same membership can be used in one transaction.
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase gift cards.
• Expired vouchers cannot be extended or reissued.

Does my qualifying spend expire?

Your qualifying spend is calculated over a rolling 12-month period. Purchases outside this period no longer count towards your next Reward Voucher.

Gift cards, custom-made curtains and blinds, and certain third-party services are excluded from qualifying spend. Returns may also affect your balance.
