What is myFreedom and how do I join?

myFreedom is Freedom's free membership program, giving you access to rewards and exclusive benefits when shopping in New Zealand.

What are the benefits?

• Earn rewards: Receive a $50 Reward Voucher for every $1,500 in qualifying purchases within a rolling 12-month period.
• Free homewares delivery: Enjoy free delivery on eligible online homewares orders of $149 or more to selected locations.
• Exclusive offers: Access selected member promotions and benefits when available.

How do I join?

Joining is free! You can:

• Sign up online.
• Ask a team member to register you at any participating Freedom store in New Zealand.

Membership is available to individuals aged 18 or over with a unique email address. Eligibility conditions apply, including exclusions for Freedom employees and Trade customers.

Your New Zealand membership and rewards cannot be transferred to the Australian myFreedom program.
