How do I update my details?

You can update your membership details through your online account or by visiting your local Freedom store.

Where can I find my membership number?

Your unique myFreedom membership number can be found in your online account or at the top of your order docket.

Why am I not receiving promotional emails?

You may have opted out of receiving marketing communications.

You can contact our team to review your communication preferences. You'll still receive important membership notifications, including Reward Voucher updates and expiry reminders.

How do I cancel my membership?

Please contact our Customer Care team to request cancellation.

Important: Cancelling your membership means you'll forfeit your accumulated qualifying spend, unused Reward Vouchers and other membership benefits.
