Can I apply my Trade discount to an existing order?

Trade discounts are available on eligible purchases once your Freedom Trade membership has been approved.

If you've placed an order before your membership was approved and your order hasn't been delivered, please contact the Freedom store managing your order.

Our team can review your request and advise whether a pricing adjustment is possible.

Please note: Trade discounts are not automatically applied retrospectively, and any adjustment is subject to review.
