How do I use my Trade discount in-store and online?

Once your Freedom Trade membership is approved, you can enjoy your Trade discount online or at participating Freedom stores across New Zealand.

Shopping online

1. Sign in to your Trade account.
2. Browse and add your preferred products to your cart.
3. Your eligible Trade discount will be applied automatically.

Shopping in-store

Let a team member know you're a Freedom Trade member before completing your purchase.

You'll need to provide:

• Your Trade membership number and/or membership card.
• Your name and proof of identification.

Don't have your Trade card? You can still make an eligible purchase by providing your membership number and identification.
