I've applied for a Trade account. What happens next?

Once you've submitted your application, our Trade team will review your details and confirm the outcome by email.

Once approved, you'll be able to access your Trade benefits when shopping online or at participating Freedom stores across New Zealand.

Will I receive a Trade card?

You don't need a physical Trade card to shop online. Simply sign in to your approved Trade account.

For in-store purchases, you can provide your Trade membership number and proof of identification instead of presenting a Trade card.
