How long do I have to collect my order?
You have 14 days from receiving your ready-to-collect notification to collect your order.
If you're unable to collect within this timeframe, please contact your selected store as soon as possible.
Orders not collected within 14 days may be subject to reasonable storage fees and/or cancellation, following notice from Freedom. Estimated storage fees are $50 per delivery per week.
What about furniture collection?
Furniture collection from our Auckland warehouse is by appointment only. Our team will contact you to arrange a suitable time once your order is ready.
If you miss your confirmed collection appointment, your booking will need to be rescheduled for at least 48 hours later, and an administration and handling fee will apply.
Please contact our team as soon as possible if you need to change your booking.
