How does Click & Collect work?

Freedom offers free Click & Collect on eligible homewares, with furniture collection available from our Auckland warehouse.

Homewares – Store Click & Collect

When shopping online, select Click & Collect on the product page to check availability at your preferred Freedom store.

Select your collection store during checkout and complete your payment. We'll notify you by email and SMS when your order is ready.

Please note:

• Click & Collect is subject to stock availability at participating stores.
• Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Payment cannot be made upon collection.
• Online Exclusive products are not available for Click & Collect.
• If Click & Collect is unavailable for your selected product, please contact your local store for assistance.

Furniture – Warehouse Collection

Furniture and large homeware items can be collected from our Auckland warehouse by appointment only.

Once your order is ready, our team will contact you to arrange a collection time.

Warehouse: 18 Amelia Earhart Avenue, Māngere, Auckland

Collection hours: Monday to Friday, 10 am – 3 pm (excluding public holidays).

Please ensure you have a suitable vehicle and sufficient assistance to safely transport your furniture.
