When collecting your Click & Collect order from a Freedom store, please bring:
- Your order confirmation or collection notification
- Valid photo identification
- The card used to pay for your order
You'll also be asked to sign for your order upon collection.
Can someone else collect my order?
Yes! You can nominate someone else to collect your order during checkout.
The nominated person will need to provide the order confirmation or collection notification, their own photo identification and the card used for payment.
If you haven't nominated someone during checkout, please contact your selected store before collection.
Collecting larger items
Please ensure your vehicle is suitable for transporting your purchase and that you have sufficient assistance to safely load larger items.
You're responsible for safely transporting your items once collected.
For furniture collection from our Auckland warehouse, please follow the instructions provided by our bookings team.
