What if I am not home when my order arrives?

If no-one is home to accept delivery of your item when the order arrives or alternatively you have arranged for authority to leave with either the postal service or one of our local courier partners the following will apply:

• For small homewares items, your delivery will be redirected to your local post office or courier distribution centre depending on the carrier.
• For large homewares and furniture items, these will return to our local distribution centre and a redelivery charge will be applied to your order.
